Our partnership with Kent County Council began in 2021 when they commissioned our EHCP QA module. Since then, Kent has seen significant improvements in EHCP quality by embedding a comprehensive and consistent auditing approach and quality assurance framework aligned with nationally recognisted good practice.

VITA: The future of first-draft EHCP writing

Our award winning EHCP QA module has supported local authorities across the country for the past five years. This extensive experience and deep understanding of the SEND and EHCP landscape has laid the foundation for our latest software development, VITA.

In partnership with local authorities from across all regions and our distinguished SEND governance board, we developed VITA, a bespoke generative AI module aimed at addressing the ongoing SEND crisis through shared learning and specialised expertise. VITA is shaped by the SEND community and our partner local authorities have ensured we have developed a solution that is bespoke, fit-for-purpose and aligned operational day-to-day SEND practices.

Our product is unique in the market, having received funding and additional expertise from the government-backed Innovate UK Smart Grant for its significant impact. This recognition highlights the necessity of a custom built, nuanced solution for forward-thinking local authority SEND teams.
